Lately I been obsessing about manikins. I have a few from art school but I would love to take it to another level. I love the look of Kelly Wearstler's black manikin and it's so easy to make, just buy your traditional wood manikin add a coat of primer and then one or two coats of a glossy black paint. I will suggest using can spray paint for an even coat. Not to crazy about the traditional manikin, now there's ton of options and designs as well as heights. Decorate ala Simon Doonan for PayPal.
